Snapdragon Forge LLC ("Snapdragon Forge," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the services we provide to our clients, including our SMS/text messaging program.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services, which may include your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and information you provide when you contact us or subscribe to a service. For clients of our reporting services, we process the business-performance data those clients authorize us to access on their behalf.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to deliver and support the services you have requested, to respond to your inquiries, to send service-related messages, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from Snapdragon Forge, the following terms apply:

• No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the SMS consent process — including mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent — will not be shared with any third parties.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your use of the service and the questions you send.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts.
• Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or email pete@snapdragonforge.com.
• Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in: subscribers provide their mobile number and consent during onboarding (on a signed service order form or verbally), or by texting our service number to begin a conversation. The SMS program is provided only to a subscribing organization's own staff.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing pete@snapdragonforge.com. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
