SMS Consent & Opt-In

How subscribing clients opt in to the Snapdragon Forge LLC SMS/text messaging program, and the disclosures that apply.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

About the program

Snapdragon Forge LLC provides a reporting service to subscribing dental practices. As an optional part of that service, an authorized owner or office manager at a subscribing practice can text a question about their own practice's key performance indicators (for example, "what was production yesterday?") to our service number and receive an automated reply drawn from the data the practice has authorized us to report on. This is a transactional, account-related messaging program. It is not marketing, and the program is offered only to a subscribing organization's own authorized staff — it is not available to the general public and we never purchase or rent phone numbers.

How you opt in (consent workflow)

Consent is always affirmative and explicit — there is no pre-checked box, and we never add a number without the subscriber's express request. An authorized representative of a subscribing practice opts in through one of the following equivalent paths during onboarding:

By any of these paths, the subscriber agrees to the consent statement below.

Consent language

"I authorize Snapdragon Forge LLC to send automated SMS/text messages to the mobile number I have provided, in reply to questions I text about my practice's reporting data. Message frequency varies based on my use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."

Program disclosures

Sample messages

You text: "What was production yesterday?"

We reply: "Eclipse Smiles — production yesterday was $5,200 against a $6,200 target. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
