Acceptance of Terms

By using the Snapdragon Forge LLC ("Snapdragon Forge") website or by opting in to our SMS/text messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the messaging program. These website terms do not replace any separate written services agreement between Snapdragon Forge and a client; where a signed services agreement exists, that agreement governs the services it covers.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Snapdragon Forge offers an opt-in text messaging program that lets subscribing clients receive automated practice-performance information and send questions about their own organization's reporting data. The following terms apply to that program:

• Eligibility and consent. The program is available only to subscribing organizations' own staff who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive messages, on a signed service order form, verbally during onboarding, or by texting our service number.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your use of the service.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email pete@snapdragonforge.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your use of the messaging program and our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website and messaging program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated messages may contain figures drawn from third-party data sources and are provided for informational convenience; they do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapdragon Forge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or messaging program.
