Three Card Poker Trainer Privacy Policy

Summary

This policy covers Three Card Poker Trainer, an app by Snapdragon Forge LLC ("Snapdragon Forge," "we," "us," or "our"). The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking, and it works without an internet connection. We do not receive any information from it.

Our company Privacy Policy covers this website and our client services. This page covers the app only.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app saves the following on your device so it can pick up where you left off:

• your table rules, bets, and practice mode
• your practice-chip balance
• your decision accuracy, the situations you miss most, and your quiz and hand results
• whether a hand was in progress, so an interrupted hand can be left uncounted
• whether you have seen the first-launch notice
• if saved progress can't be read, a copy of it, kept rather than lost

The app does not transmit this information to us or anyone else. It may be included in your device's own backups (for example Google backups) if you have them turned on; those backups are controlled by you and your device provider, not by us. It is removed from your device when you uninstall the app; if your device's backup service has backed it up, it may be restored when you reinstall.

"Reset all progress" in the app erases your statistics and reloads your practice chips to 1,000. Your table rules, bets, and practice mode are kept.

Information We Collect

None. The app does not send any information to us or to any third party.

Permissions

The app requests no device permissions. It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, or network.

Children

The app is intended for adults because it depicts simulated gambling with virtual practice chips. It is not directed to children, and it collects no information from anyone.

Links

The app's Rules and about section links to the published gambling regulations it cites and to a problem-gambling help organization. If you follow a link, it opens in your web browser, and that website's own privacy policy applies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
